Client releases payment via unconditional MT103 Credit Line bank releases the percent client paid for SBLC in 5 - 10 banking days Issuing Advisory High Net Worth Clients of the Issuing Bank Use Debt &Equity structure or Equity Only *Debt & Equity- Term can be 10-20 yrs 6% -9% fixed. No Pre-Payment Penalty. Proceeds paid in monthly draw schedule of 12 months or less. No interest during the draw period. Can get up to a 12 mo. Moratorium on making payments equity up to 20% stake. *Equity Only – Up to 40%. Loan is Forgiven. Step 4 Provider/Issuing Bank AA or AAA rated Bank
