.NET Lead
Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Technical Lead(s), with broad
experience in web based application development and testing based on Microsoft .NET platform. The
position requires strong technical and communication skills, and a track record of shipping great products.
This position requires taking on a technical leadership role for a great team to develop and deliver web
applications.

Your role includes all technical and managerial challenges associated with ensuring project delivery on
multiple fast paced projects.

This is a unique opportunity involving technical and leadership responsibility with a growing organization
as part of core technical team reporting to the top management.

Your key result areas as percentage of your overall work items are:

   Own delivery of fast paced (e.g. monthly releases) projects (~30%)
      o Help define the requirements and feature sets including by
                Regular collaboration with onsite teams through daily phone conference calls
                Iterative prototyping
      o Project planning and tracking
      o Application development and technical code reviews
      o Cross team coordination for project delivery

   Mentor and develop technical team across locations (~30%)
      o Lead a development team of 5 - 10 software engineers
      o Ensure project team is trained to deliver on project requirements
      o Resolve technical queries raised by the project team
      o Ensure 80%-90% utilization of the resources in the project
      o People management including team motivation, providing feedback, training and mentoring
           the team
      o Hire right talent based on business needs

   Troubleshooting and Problem solving (~30%)
       o Resolve technical queries raised by the project team
       o Diagnose and resolve application bottlenecks and performance issues.
       o Troubleshoot technical problems in various projects and tune for performance.

   Lead and develop technical standards, best practices, and .NET practice (~10%)
       o Define and enforce coding standards, design styles and best practices
       o Identify and streamline routine processes in a fast-paced environment
       o Enforce and update architecture standards for future code design, team based-development
           and code release management
       o Research and evaluate software and hardware to enhance the development environment and
           process
       o Lead by example by clearing latest Microsoft certifications (majority of our developers hold

Candidate Profile:
  Bachelors and/or Master’s in Computer Science from a leading university with first class throughout
  3 plus years as a project lead with hands-on experience of leading 5-10 software engineers on
   development projects
  5 plus years of experience in developing Microsoft .NET based solutions
  Strong technical background in Microsoft platform with the ability to develop specifications and work
   with project team (hands-on experience in C#, Ajax, ASP.NET, Microsoft SQL Server, XML Web
   Services, Knowledge of Object Oriented Design and database concepts and technologies)
  Prior work experience working with Microsoft Corporation as a vendor is a plus
  Prefer IT services background with IT majors
  Local candidates preferred. No relocation is available

Business Intelligence Lead (Microsoft SQL Server)

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Business Intelligence Lead(s),
with broad experience in web based application development and testing based on Microsoft BI
Technologies. The position requires strong technical and communication skills, and a track record of
shipping great products. This position requires taking on a technical leadership role for a great team to
develop and deliver BI based applications.

Your role includes all technical and managerial challenges associated with ensuring project delivery on
multiple fast paced projects.

as part of core technical team reporting to the top management.

Your key result areas as percentage of your overall work items are:

       o Facilitate the gathering, consolidation, and prioritization of client business requirements and
            understand source data systems
       o Understand business requirements and convert them into project requirements
       o Review BI solutions
       o Cross team coordination for project delivery

   Mentor and develop technical team across locations (~30%)
      o Lead a development team of 5 - 10 software engineers
      o Work with sales team to understand evolving requirements for reporting, analytics and data
           mining to ensure that team is aligned and trained to meet those requirements
      o Mentor technical team leads in BI-related architecture issues and best practices
      o BI strategy and road-map development
      o Hire right talent based on business needs

   Troubleshooting and Problem solving (~30%)
       o Resolve technical queries raised by the project team

Candidate Profile:

       Bachelors and/or Master’s in Computer Science from a leading university with first class
        throughout
       3 plus years as a project lead with hands-on experience of leading 5-10 software engineers on
        development projects
       6 plus years of experience in developing SQL Server 2008 and SQL Server 2005 based BI solutions
       Demonstrated experience in building cubes and reports that take advantage of OLAP/Dimensional
        modeling capabilities.
       Ability to troubleshoot technical problems with beta and new release software, and research
        possible solutions using the internet and other available resources
       Experience in optimizing databases, understanding of referential integrity and the use of indexes
       Strong experience in using Excel for data presentation
       Microsoft SharePoint portal integration experience is a plus. Delivery experience on challenging
        projects such as Dashboard development in SQL Server 2005/2008 Reporting Services and Excel
        Services.
       Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
       Basic Hands - on experience in C#, ASP.NET, Microsoft SQL Server, XML Web Services
       Prior work experience working with Microsoft Corporation is a plus

SharePoint Lead (Microsoft SharePoint Server)

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated SharePoint lead, with broad
experience in SharePoint application development and configuration on MOSS. The position requires
strong technical and communication skills, and a track record of shipping great products.

Your role includes all technical challenges associated with developing SharePoint applications for better
business process management, enterprise content management, and business intelligence solutions.

Your key result areas as percentage of your overall work items will be:

   Own delivery of fast paced (e.g. monthly releases) projects (~30%)
      o Helping define the requirements and feature sets including by
                Regular collaboration with onsite teams through daily phone conference calls
                Iterative prototyping
      o Project planning and tracking
      o Application development and technical code reviews
      o Cross team coordination for project delivery
      o Deliver on challenging projects such as
                Workflow and integration projects using Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010, Microsoft
                   Office SharePoint Server 2007, InfoPath 2010 and InfoPath 2010, Enterprise Search
                   and other features of Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010 and Microsoft Office
                   SharePoint Server 2007
                Enterprise Portals and Content Management
      o Plan and architect portal based solutions, development of web parts

       Microsoft SQL Server 2008 based delivery experience such as Dashboard development in SQL
        Server 2005/2008 Reporting Services and Excel Services is a plus
       Possess an extremely sound understanding of areas in Computer Science such as Algorithms,
        Object Oriented Design
