To set up a Windows Mail account, open the Windows Mail program, select Tools > Accounts, click Add and select Email Account. Enter your name, email address, and the POP3 and SMTP server addresses provided by your email service provider. Check the authentication box if required and enter your username and password. Click Next and Finish to complete setup.

5. Click the “Add” button

6. Select “E-mail Account”

7. Click “Next”

8. Fill in the name that want displayed as the sender of your email

9. Click Next

10. Enter your email address

11. Click “Next”

12. Fill in the POP3 server address furnished by your email service provider

13. Fill in the SMTP server address furnished by your email service provider

14. If your service requires authentication of outgoing mail (likely), check the box

17. Enter your user name (Name only, without @server.com)
