5. International House President Harker has stated that he wishes to take the University to the next level. One would expect a flush of capital improvement projects over the next decade The University of Delaware must ensure it is not behind the curve on emerging technology. We understand a campus-wide implementation of such a project would be a significant investment for the University. A preliminary study would be necessary to calibrate the program for precise execution.
12. International House Access (PDI) and ID Card Integration (PICI) A PICI card would alleviate many of the headaches faced by both students and the University.
