Exploring the Future Potential of AI-Enabled Smartphone Processors
Technology
1. Technology has affected society in so many ways. It will continue to affect society because endless research will allow the discovery of new things everyday. Recent technology is incorporated with
going green
or energy saving techniques. Some of these include, wind turbines, cutting down on pollution by forcing factories to use scrubbers to reduce the toxins they release, and using lighter-weight plastics for various products. One of the biggest technological advancements of our time is the internet. The internet is a way to find out almost anything you want. You can talk to people from anywhere, even if you have no idea who they are. You can leave a message or letter for someone that isn’t on a computer at the time and they will receive it later. You can buy items from multiple sites. You can check weather, scores, news, stocks, the options are endless. The internet has connected everyone in this world. All you need is access to a computer that is connected to the internet. You can also make money off of the internet. You can get an education in the web. There is almost nothing you can’t do on the World Wide Web. Another great thing that technology has done for society is that it has made us much smarter and safer. You can also become more health conscience by looking up calories and fats in certain foods. Also by looking for healthy recipes. It has made us smarter because you have to learn how the new devices work to be able to use technology. Once learned you start finding new things everyday just by opening the web. Technology has made us safer because you can be alerted of bad weather or life threatening causes much faster not just at home but when you are out in the world. Also, if there would be an emergency and you needed to get a hold of someone, cell phones have made it much easier for that to happen. Overall Technology has been great for the human race. Some of my favorite items produced by technology are cell phones, because you can call anyone else with a cell phone (almost everyone) as long as you have service, at any time. Another is the IPod, digital camera, and twitter which is a free social networking and micro blogging service that enables its users to send and read messages known as tweets. Another 2.0 tool is toon doo. I like toon doo because you can create cartoons with endless characters, props, and backgrounds. It is a very fun tool. My other favorite is voki. Voki is a talking avatar creator. You can use heads from Jesus to George Bush and customize their bodies. The neat thing about it is that you can record voices with your phone to use for the avatar.
