Medicare does not cover preventative screenings for most beneficiaries. Leading our mom’s and dad’s waiting until the problem is so severe it can not be treated effectively.,[object Object]

THE ELDERLY NEED TO BE ASSESSED FOR HEARING LOSS ,[object Object]

Hearing loss causes embarrassment, fatigue, not only for the person with the hearing loss but also friends, family and co-workers.,[object Object]

WHAT SHOULD I DO NEXT? Raise awareness to get our elderly populations hearing and vision screened Take a sign language class ,[object Object]

Make this problem a subject your community will not ignore.

So I can properly communicate with my residents to decrease frustration.,[object Object]

And will be meaningful in the lives of the residents I have for the rest of my career.
