An alternate of a Resume.
After spending about twenty years in the multinational corporate world when the iPhone development platform became
available for 3rd party developers I made a new start and devoted my time, efforts and resources for the iPhone software
development.
Based on my original education on the structured programming languages and my experiences I have gained in the early ages in
the game and OCR development, I made a big jump and learned the Objective C language and the XCode /IB development
environment. I have signed a Software Developer Agreement with Apple Inc. and started my own application development. Due to
the lack of support at the beginning I had to learn most of the tricks on my own but finally I passed through and submitted my first
application for review what shortly been followed by many others. By now I have built a small portfolio of different applications that
are on sale at the AppStore.

In 2002 Platinum Equity (US financial investment group) acquired the Alcatel e-Business Solution Ltd. and
renamed it to NextiraOne all over Europe. During the transition period I have been nominated as Managing
Director of the Hungarian Office where I had full responsibility for the achievement of the expected level of
EBIT. In 2004 we achieved over $12 million revenue and we won the “Highest Revenue Growth” and the
“Highest Service Revenue Growth” awards within the group. Based on an independent survey we have got
the "Most Satisfied Customers" of NextiraOne second time in a row and finally we received the ‘Premium
Partner of the Year” award from Cisco Systems.
1999 - 2002 GENERAL MANAGER Budapest, Hungary
ALCATEL e-Business Solutions Ltd.; (100% French owned)
Alcatel decided to spin off the Business Communication and distribution division and nominated me to the
general manager position to support and manage the whole spin off process in Hungary. My main duty was
to transfer the company from a hardware manufacturer to a recognized independent solution provider. By
refocusing the attention to the highly profitable solution and services business and shifting out the mass
sales into indirect channels we achieved close to 2 billion HUF (8 million US) revenue in 2002 (about 30%
growth in services revenues compared to 2001).
3. 1998 - 1999 COUNTRY MANAGER Vienna, Austria
Millennium Communication Network Ltd.; (100% Austrian owned)
As the consultant of the top management I worked out the strategy to expand their ISP operation to the

office and to recruit the best people to run the operation.
1995 - 1997 PRESIDENT, CEO Sunnyvale, CA
RECOGNITA Corporation of America; (100% Hungarian owned)
RECOGNITA was a world class Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software what we marketed both on
the North American and the European market.
When I joined to the company my first task was to pull it out from the almost bankrupted situation and to
stabilize the operation. To ensure the survival of the company I defined a new sales strategy and built up a
motivated and reliable sales team. One of my greatest success was to convince Hewlett-Packard to bundle
our software with their scanners all over Europe.
Two years later the company was being sold and my last task was to support the whole selling process.
1993 - 1995 MANAGING DIRECTOR Budapest, Hungary
ICL Hungary, PC Direct; (100% British owned)
I built up from scratch the independent PC Direct division (separated budget, target, P&L, direct report to
the UK.) within the Hungarian office of ICL.
Year by year we duplicated our revenue and shortly became a significant player on the Hungarian
corporate IT market. My well-motivated team achieved 4mGBP revenue in 1995, which summed up half of
the total revenue of ICL in Hungary.
1991 - 1993 GENERAL MANAGER Budapest, Hungary

provided the order handling and logistics services to all of the other members of the Montana Holding.
