This document summarizes the 23rd Annual Police Equestrian Competition held in Morristown, New Jersey. It lists the competitors from the Eaton County Sheriff's Department Mounted Division and many sponsors. It also thanks the photographers and lists 32 police departments and 124 mounted police officers that participated from across the United States and Canada. The document concludes by dedicating the competition to first responders who lost their lives on September 11, 2001.
