Greg Muzzillo founded the printing franchise company Proforma in 1978 with only $200 in start-up capital. That number pales in comparison to the $350 million that the company is worth today. Originally a profitable individual printing company, Proforma became even more successful when Greg Muzzillo decided to turn the business into a franchise in 1986. More than two decades later, Proforma continues to grow and has over 750 franchise locations serving more than 50,000 customers. It has appeared on Inc. Magazine’s prestigious list of the 5,000 fastest-growing private companies in the United States three times and has been joined on the list by six of its individual franchises.
