How is it chosen?
The team will not be the people who you like or the
people who like you - but the people who have the
vision of God in their hearts and are committed to
Him to fulfill it.
The team can only be discovered, not selected.
The team may well be people who are not yet
following Jesus (see Luke 10)

Who
qualifies?
Let the vision choose the work and let the work
choose the equipping that is needed.
Let the bond be one of an athlete to a coach and let
the effectiveness be measured by the work being
done in a way that manifests the fulness of Christ
and makes the work effective.
