Why this Trail Running & Strength Condi-
tioning Program?
1. You love hiking and want to find an exercise activity that builds fitness and gets
you outdoors, but provides more of a workout.
2. You've been hitting the gym for years (or it seems that long) and are getting a lit-
tle tired of the rat-on-a-treadmill monotony.
3. You're a dedicated runner, but your body's feeling the wear and tear of pounding
asphalt.
4. Cross Training, - you’ve been spinning for years and are ready to work those muscles differently!
5. You want to become familiar with the beautiful trails in our area. .
6. You want to run safely in a group
7. You will learn .how to incorporate strength training, core conditioning and
flexibility exercises that will help improve your running. This training will im-
prove muscular strength, coordination and mind-body awareness through connec-
tion with the outdoors and nature
These scenarios, one solution: trail running. It will put you out in
the woods in a totally different state of mind than running on the
road, not to mention it's easier on your body than pounding the
pavement.
