Event Background
Tex-Trends India 2011 is the largest exhibition of Indian Textile Industry encompassing the entire
value of chain of Textile Industry, starting from yarn and fabrics to High end fashion garments.
Apparel Export Promotion Council is the leading council entrusted by the Government of India to
organise this exhibition along with other Export Promotion Councils. The Event will be spread over
the following Halls in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.
Halls 7 A to H, 8 – 12 A, 14, 18 & 18 Mezzanine
Dates 2-3-4 February 2011

General Terms & Conditions:
1. All offers should be in Indian Rupees and should exclude all taxes. Please specify taxes, if any.
2. Offer validity should for 45 days from the date of tender opening
3. Payment terms : A refundable Bank Draft for Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand only) in favour of
Apparel Export Promotion Council by Bank Draft as performance guarantee to be submitted along
with tender.
 20% payment as mobilisation advance.
 70% during the exhibition
 10% on satisfactory completion of job as certified by AEPC
4. VAT / Service Tax Registration / Income Tax PAN number should be mentioned
5. Client references and contract details for similar works executed in the past should be mentioned.
6. AEPC reserves the right to split the job work to two or more contractors without assigning any
reasons
