1. It was nine years ago that she made her debut as a singer. At that time, she was only 15years
old. People wondered how she became a singer at this age. As well as the great ability of
dancing and singing, she has an excellent commend of a Japanese and English, and has a
talent for writing songs. In 2000, she released in the first album, ID; peace B, in Korea.
After she released her debut album, ID; peace B, in Korea, she starts to focus on the
Japanese market. In 2002, she released her debut Japanese album, Listen to my heart. It
made her debut on the top of the Oricon charts, making it the first album by a Korean artist
to reach the top. After she was successful as an artist in Japan, she decided to release her
debut album; I did it for love, in America in 2009. She made an effect to be a great artist in
America. After she released many albums in America, she went back to the Japanese market.
She will release a new 7th album entitled IDENTITY in 2010. Most of the songs in the album
were written by BoA.
