Hi Will,
I have turned every rock and called in every favor and am still having trouble getting this deal done.
Simply put, they want more money. I had a feeling that this was going to happen as the pricing just
seemed too low for a 650M account. They said they normally charge 1% per month as this is actual
cash sitting in the account. I got them down to approx. 550k but for only a 30 day term. I assume this
is too expensive but does the 30 day term even meet your objectives? They could do it today if this
is acceptable. You would speak with the bank manager at Chase and have the added ability to view
the account online. One call per week would also be allowed.
As an alternative, they could do the following BCL at the initial cost we discussed. I'm guessing this
will not work for the platform:

After the fee is paid the actual letter will be issued. They went ahead without seeing the
funds in escrow so maybe it won't even be necessary to use safefunds. What is the current
location of the funds to be used for the fee?
FUNDS (445K) CURRENTLY IN REGIONS BANK.
Also, do you know who will be verifying the account on an ongoing basis? Will it always be
the same person?
DON'T KNOW THE NAME YET, BUT WILL LIKELY BE TRADER OR PART OF TRADER'S
COMPLIANCE STAFF.
