Letter of recommendation
This serves as a letter of reference for Mr. Miso Markovskide, born on the 27th of May 1988,
working voluntarily for Gameforge Productions GmbH since July 2009.
We consider Mr. Markovskide as a very valuable person. His progress, those two years that he
was working for us, speaks for itself. He was in charge of the English and Balkan version of
Ikariam, a browser based online game of our company, as Game Operator and Moderator.
Mr. Markovskide kept on working with increasing skill and capacity. Amongst his duties was to
moderate the official game forums, answer questions and support our customers. He is also in
charge of several game servers and ensuring a fair and joyful game for our players.
As a member of the team, Mr. Markovskide was always reliable and willing to support our
customers in the best way possible. He was dedicated to his job and team. He was always well
organised and showed that he understood from the very beginning what business is all about.
Without any exception, he was always putting the customers' needs first; showing from the very
early times that he realised that the key to a successful business is a satisfied costumer.
