DAY TO DAY ITINERARY
Day
1
Arrive in Kathmandu (1350m)
Arrive in Kathmandu at any time. Our office representative will pick up you from airport then
transfer to the hotel. In the evening time our guide explains about the program. There are no
planned activities for the day, so check into the hotel. Stroll around and enjoy your overnight stay
at the hotel.

Kathmandu sightseeing
After having Breakfast at hotel, we will take you for the sightseeing tour in Kathmandu
valley, you will be escorted by our professional city tour guide and the tour include visit of
Kathmandu Durbar Square, Monkey Temple, Pashupatinath Temple and Bouddhanath Stupa
and return to hotel, and you will have some free time to shop your trekking gear around
Thamel area if you need.

Drive to Pokhara city (850m) – 6 hrs drive
After having early breakfast at hotel, we start our drive and the drive goes along the scenic
Trisuli and Marsyangdi River to reach Pokhara, We will arrive in Pokhara, the city of lakes;
welcome to this beautiful town of serene lakes that gives so much meaning to your holidays,
overnight at your Hotel inclusive breakfast.

Trek to Tikhedhunga (1,575m) –5 hrs walk
After having breakfast at the hotel, we start to drive to Nayapul which takes approximately
one hour, we then start the first part of our hiking out to Tikhedunga (1575m) Via Birethanti
(1065m.) this is a pretty easy flat out hike as we pass through several small lively villages and
settlements, after some time, we will ascend gently to the final destination of the day,
overnight at loge inclusive full board meals.

Trek to Ghorepani (2750m) - 6 hrs walk
From Tikhedhunga, we move on along steep trails on well known tracks. Nature lays before us
alien sights of majestic snow-capped mountain peaks, lush vegetation and fertile plant life that is
so fantastic to behold. We climb further through rhododendron forest to Deaurali [3100m] and
reach a hamlet and cultivated fields. Continue walking for 3 hours and finally we find ourselves in
Ghorepani. Ghorepani also has houses lodges that provide food and accommodation to travelers
out on the trail. Next, it’s an overnight. Overnight at Ghorepani inclusive full board meals.

Hike to Poon Hill and then trek to Ghandruk (1940) – 8 hrs walk
Today, we hike to Poonhill (3232m.) to enjoy the sunrise views over Mt. Dhaulagiri (8167m.),
Tukuche Peak (6920m.), Nilgiri (6940m.), Varaha Shikhar (7847m.), Mt. Annapurna I
(8091m.), Annapurna South (7219m.), Annapurna III (7855m.), Machhapuchhare (6993m.),
Annapurna IV (7525m.), Annapurna II (7937m.), Lamjung Himal (6931m.) and other
numerous snow capped mountains in the morning. Poonhill has always been a symbol of
beauty for the Annapurna region then we will return down to Ghorepani and have a hot
breakfast at our lodge. As we quit Ghorepani, we hike along terraced fields below the wonderful
panorama of awe-inspiring glaciated Himalayan mountain ranges. As the trail moves across a
group of flatlands, forest, cultivated lands and a suspension bridge over Khumnu Khola, we arrive

at the scenic & beautiful village of Ghandruk after hiking for 8 hours. A supreme vantage point in
this pristine & serene village offers breathtaking views of Annapurna South, Gangapurna,
Annapurna III, Machhapuchhare and Hiunchuli. Several hotels and teahouses at the village give us
a warm welcome with sincere Nepalese hospitality while catering to the requirements of all
trekkers’ who hit the trail through this village. Camping in its terraced fields give you the open
wild feelings of adventure! Overnight at the lovely village of Ghandruk with all meals inclusive.

Trek to Nayapul and drive back to Pokhara (823mm) - 4 hrs walk
Today is the last day of this trek. After breakfast, we ascend to Nayapul about 5 hours walk,
following the trial paved by stones; we walk through some beautiful villages and terrace framings.
After crossing Modi khola, we reach Birethanti. And then half an hour walk from Birethanti, we
enter Nayapool. From here, we can easily access any means of transportation to drive to Pokhara.
In the evening, you are free to wander by the lakes of Pokhara. Overnight at hotel inclusive
breakfast.

Drive back to Kathmandu
Early morning after breakfast, we catch tourist bus which leaves between 7 to 8 am. Overnight at
Hotel inclusive breakfast.

Departure Day
After breakfast and our last day in Kathmandu, our vehicle and escorts will be on standby to drop
you to the international airport three hours before our scheduled flight back home. At Glorious
Himalaya, meeting you has been a great honor and we pray for your Safe journey home and will
