from 3 agency then you get approval confirmation of which ticket you confirmed from the
concerned department.
- Confirmed the issuance of e-ticket as per Manager advice
- Send the LPO to the travel agency every 1th
, 11th
and 30th
of the month.
- Prepare the Request for Payment for all the LPO issued every end of the month.
 In charge for Camp (Al Dhafra, Mojumaat Camp, Al Ain Camp, and Al Jabeer Camp.
- Coordinate with Mr. Shamim regarding status of Al Dhafra Camp.
 In charge for Mobile card distribution monthly (Mussafah and Ruwais).
- Based on the manpower list you will prepare the list for mobile card every end of the month
then schedule first week for the distribution.
 In charge for RFP from the Supplier.
- Prepare RFP according to the invoice you received from the supplier but make sure all the
data in the invoice is correct and we received all.
 In charge for the consumable items for Mussafah Office.
- Based on the FPR you received from different department. Request 3 quotation from the 3
different supplier.
 In charge for DHL work IRP2 Project.
 In charge for Cheque Distribution to all Supplier.
- Make sure the supplier will copy the details of the cheque before issuance.
- Cheque collection is from 2 pm to 5 pm
