3. What‘s the style/genre?
The style of my magazine is Trap/Rap this is a good style/genre as its
new and up coming. There are many new artists and this could be a
way to stay up to date with them.
4. How often will your magazine come
out?
• My magazine will come out fortnightly as new artist and music is
always being released and I need to keep my audience up to date and
aware.
• Releasing the magazine weekly is not a good idea as I can charge a
little more for the more content in the magazine when its fortnightly
as there is more to cover.
5. Cost of the magazine
• My target audience is young adults this means the magazine as to be
affordable for them.
• A realisable price in my eyes would be £2/3.
• To attract my buyers I will make the very first edition £1 and have
coupon to have a discount when buying the next copy.
6. Type of magazine
• I want my magazine to have a newspaper feel like NME as it will make
it cheaper for the reader to buy
• Also it would fit the theme of my magazine as its very urban and
street.
7. First edition
• I would have a new up coming artist on my front cover. for
example Young M.A, not only does she fit the theme of my
magazine but she fresh and I could include information not
known to the public to draw in customers.
