The document describes Genese Cloud Academy (GCA), a program that aims to educate students in cloud computing skills to improve their job prospects. GCA will partner with academic institutions and cloud providers to provide training, certification courses, job fairs, and entrepreneurship support to students. The goal is to equip 2000 students per year with in-demand technical and soft skills through an 18-month training program, and help them secure jobs or start their own companies upon graduation. GCA expects to place 80% of students in jobs or entrepreneurial ventures while the remaining 20% may drop out of the program.
