• Supported the commercial due diligence process for a leading producer and retailer of premium quality
ice cream (DODONI S.A.). Examined the total ice cream market, evaluated the sales/franchisees network
of the client and examined the Business Plan’s assumptions.
• Rationalisation of the structure & payroll procedures for the implementation of a payroll IS of a large
bank (ETHNIKI S.A.).
• Developed main KPIs for use by the Board of Directors of a major Greek metals industry and real estate
development sector company (BITROS S.A.).
• Involved in the business requirements and I.T. master plan for a new ERP system for a leading sports
goods retail chain. Drafted RFPs for the client for sending out to selected vendors (FOURLIS Group).
• Supported a leading Greek Communications group in entering the EU communications related projects

• Consultant/Project Manager for the eGovernment Observatory portal (http://epractice.eu/) for
Directorate General Enterprise of the European Commission. Contributed to the development and
Feasibility Study of the eGovernment Observatory’s Marketing & Communication plan.
• Responsible for managing the above project’s program office and project reporting including KPIs and
designing custom reports. Acting as lead day to day customer contact ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsible for supplier management to deliver consistent service & address service emergencies.
• Managing and delivering external promotional activities for the eGovernment Observatory portal, liaising
with advertisers, conference organizers to raise awareness and promote available services.
• Supported and enabled the development, tender and deal closure for European Dynamics’ first
