To whom it may concern,
I am happy to provide this letter of introduction for Greg Bisanz, who I had the pleasure of managing
from April of 2004 to January of 2007.
It would be easy to describe Greg’s value to my organization based solely upon the depth of his
experience and technical subject matter expertise, but that would not do justice to Greg or provide you
with all the information you may wish to consider as you make your hiring decision.
A particular attribute of Greg’s that impressed me was that, though he was recognized as a subject
matter expert and resource for the organization with extensive experience, Greg never rested on his
knowledge base or reputation and remained eager to seek out and master new skills and technologies.
Greg was committed to continuing education and personal development to look for ways to further
organizational objectives and to expand his contribution to our success.
Greg worked remote to me and demonstrated the reliability and independence required in a remote
reporting structure without exception. In addition to his daily job scope, he sought and readily accepted
ownership of complex projects and consistently looked for opportunities to accelerate timelines and to
improve the quality of project deliverables.
Greg did an excellent job of keeping his peers, stakeholders, and management well informed of status
and brought forward well thought out recommendations when obstacles were identified. Greg’s clients
recognized the value he brought to the table and his customer satisfaction remained high throughout
the period I worked with him. Greg’s peers also recognized his value and their confidence in Greg to
address key tasks with urgency and a professional focus on quality was well founded.
I hope this introductory letter helps to form a picture of the type of employee and partner to the success
of my organization Greg was and the basis of my recommendation for him. If you have any further
questions, I would welcome the opportunity to provide you with any additional information you need to
make your decision.

MEMO TO: Whom it may concern
SUBJECT: Greg Bisanz
Greg Bisanz and I have been associated professionally for nearly 20 years. Initially I worked
with Greg on integration and deployment of corporate logistics systems managing part
parameter information, bill of materials and engineering changes. Over those years Greg
provided outstanding support. Greg eventually migrated to the IGS team supporting various
engineering and procurement applications that my team managed.
Greg has always been extremely conscientious and skilled in application development and
support. My team has relied on his expertise to solve numerous issues in a timely and
professional manner. Greg has the respect of his peers and his clients in IGS and IPD. Greg’s
integrity and passion for his customers and their issues has always been a number one priority.
Greg would be an asset to any organization.

MEMO TO: Whom it may concern
SUBJECT: Greg Bisanz
Greg Bisanz and I have been associated professionally for over 20 years. I worked with Greg
as a peer and as his manager. Greg and I started working at IBM approximately the same time.
We started working together to support an “Application Development” Project. Part of our
responsibility at that time was to develop and implement a new inventory application to
support the Main Frame Business in IBM. Greg was a dedicated worker at that time and was
recognized for his contribution to the project. He clearly understood the IBM Materials
Management System and worked hard at that time to introduce it to the user community. Greg
also had responsibility at that time for test and move to production. Several years later I had the
pleasure to make Greg a manager in one of my Departments. At that time I required a person
with knowledge of Materials Management to support the introduction of new products. Greg
did an outstanding job for me. He was an asset to my project during a critical time in IBM as
we introduced new models to the Main Frame business. This required control of critical
inventory and production schedules. I appreciated the work Greg did for me.
Greg has maintained his dedicaton to the IBM business over the years. He has done this while
i
taking on new assignments and working in new organizations. He has continued to maintain
his skills for both technical and business knowledge. I always received positive input on Greg
when he worked for me. He is extremely conscientious and is willing to take on responsibility.
Greg has earned the respect of his peers and his clients based on his support and quality of his
deliverables.
At this time I’m sure that Greg would be an asset to any organization.
Thank you,
Salvatore Potenza
