DAY 1 • GETTING TO KNOW EACH OTHER (BINGO, MEMORISING NAMES, SECRET FRIEND) • TEAM BUILDING ACTIVITIES (blink your crush, flower, bonding belt, the highest tower) • OUR NEEDS AND EXPECTATIONS • LEARNING ABOUT ERASMUS+ PROGRAMMES (youth exchanges, training courses, youth competences , youthpasses) • CODE OF CONDUCTS • REFLECTION GROUP • POLISH – GEORGIAN INTERCULTURAL EVENING (presentations, quizzes, games, dances and food tasting)

DAY 2 • ENERGIZERS (JAMES BOND, DANCING: GUESSING WHO STARTED THE MOVEMENT ) • SETTING THE GROUND FOR ENTREPRENEURSHIP / BUSINESS -BASIC PRINCIPLES FOR STARTING THE BUSINESS, - MOST COMMON BUSINESSES WE HAVE HEARD ABOUT, - EVALUATION OF THE BUSINESSES (TYPE OF BUSINESS, THE AIMS, OBJECTIVES, TARGET GROUP, ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES, SWOT ANALYSES, ETC) IN INTERNATIONAL GROUPS • SPECIAL GUEST FROM THE BUSINESS FIELD • REFLECTION GROUP • ARMENIAN AND GERMAN INTERCULTURAL EVENING

DAY 3 • ENERGISERS • SCAVENGER HUNT • STUDY VISIT (VISITING A HOTEL OWNER AND INTERVIEWING HER) • ARCHITECTS, COMMUNICATORS AND BUILDERS GAME • FROM HOBBY TO JOB: - hobbies popular in our countries - video about start-ups popular in Ukraine - Tamar’s story (Ukrainian participant running her own business) - choosing your company name wisely - creating your company based on a given theme (name, logo, slogan, target audience, strategy - voting for the vest company • REFLECTION GROUP • UKRAINIAN AND PORTUGAL INTERCULTURAL EVENING

DAY 4 • ENERGISERS (PANG, APPLES AND MANGOES –DRAWING A PICTURE) • WORKING ON BUSINESS IDEAS (GROUP WORK) – - start-up ideas which were to be unique and creative to find the niche in a market, – making business plans • BUSINESS CANVAS - working on Business Model Canvas Template focusing on 9 important elements, such as: customer segment, value proposition, channels, revenue streams, key resources, customer relationship, key activities, key partnership, cost structure. • FREE AFTERNOON: - hiking in the mountains - trip to the nearby lakes

DAY 5 • ENERGISERS (All up, the Hunter, drawing faces) • INTRODUCTION TO THE SKILLS FOR RUNNING THE BUSINESS (brainstorming the specific skills which make a perfect business person in groups, then drawing a picture of such a person and presenting in public) • WORKING ON BUSINESS IDEAS (choosing a specific object and branding it: creating a website/social media page, advertising campain including video commercial, leaflets, etc.) • PRESENTING BUSINESS IDEAS (presenting advertising campains and receiving feedback from the others) • SESSION ON HOW TO GIVE FEEDBACK • SESSION ON RISK MANAGEMENT • REFLECTION GROUP

DAY 6 • ENERGISERS • WORKING ON FOLLOW UP ACTIVITIES (each team working on sharing and promoting what they have learned during the youth exchange) • PREPARING A NEWSPAPER to share with their peers • EVALUATION OF THE YOUTH EXCHANGE ( - drawing an emoji or a symbol and explaining its meaning, - Strongly agree / Agree / Disagree / Strongly disagree, - ONION – answearing questions in two concentric circles / - SUITCASE, WASHING MACHINE, DUSTBIN / SPIDERWEB • WORKING ON YOUTHPASSES (evaluating the skills we’ve acquired) • REVEALING SECRET FRIENDS (what a surprise!) • REFLECTION GROUP • FAREWELL DINNER AND PARTY (delicious Georgian food and a lot of fun dancing alongwith Gosia’s birthday party)
