     500 B minutes a month are spent on Facebook compared to 150 billion last year
     25 B pieces of content are shared each month on Facebook, six times as many
      pieces as last year
     24 hrs of video uploaded per minute to YouTube, double last year’s numbers
     4 B images hosted on Flickr, 13 times that of the Library of Congress

Online Communication Shift
            According to a recent Nielsen study done from June 2009 to June 2010



     Social media sites like Facebook, Twitter and YouTube now account for
      22.7% of time spent on the web (almost 50% growth year over year)

     Online games make up 10.2%

     Email declined from 11.5% to 8.3% from June 2009 to June 2010.

     Instant messaging also saw a significant drop in share, with a 15%
      decline from last year.

     Twice as many Americans over 50 visited social networks than kids
      under 18
