Kenya ►Impose Customs warehouse rent for entered
goods which remain at the port of discharge for
a period exceeding 21 days.
►Exemption of import duty on Plastic bag bio-
gas digesters
Tanzania ►Increase excise duty on non-utility vehicles
aged more than 10 years from 20% to 25%
► 5% excise duty on utility vehicles aged, more
than 10 years under HS Code 87.01, 87.02 and
87.04.

Kerosene) will not be affected by these
adjustments
