Guest Satisfaction Index
By applying the GSI (Guest Satisfaction Index), we expect to carry out an on-going evaluation of our guests'
satisfaction with our service during each moment of truth while staying with us and while being served by our
staff.
Guest Service
This program is based on
recording and controlling our
guests' requests and on the
efforts made by each of the
hotels' general managers to
follow up on such requests
and ensure that they are
timely met by our staff. The
implementation of the
program is a fundamental aid
to improve the way our
guests perceive our service,
to minimize the possibility of
non-fulfillment, to improve
communication between the
areas involved and to
constantly motivate the staff
to perform their work
efficiently.
