Therefore, it is important in team management to implement applications and tools for project tracking to keep your staff on task. For example, Asana: This is a great project tracking website that will help you keep track of deliverables. Trello: This neat platform will provide your team with a collaborative to-do list, so you can be sure everyone has a task.

Therefore, to use social media to spread word of your business, it is best to utilize an efficiency tool so you only have to update such websites once or twice a month. This tool could be: Hootsuite: This handy website schedule posts far in advance on imperative social websites like Twitter and LinkedIn. Buffer App: This is a tool that mirrors Hootsuite, but with a more narrow focus.
  7. 7. EMAIL MARKETING Email is another great way to reach a broad base of customers and potential customers. Instead of crafting new newsletters and inputting dozens of emails each month, however, you can get a platform that does it for you! For example, Mailchimp: This is a diverse platform that assists with sending out newsletters, automated emails, and building targeted campaigns. Pardot: This provides an easy way for business owners to create and manage online promotional campaigns.
