    and beliefs. There are more

    Spanish) spoken in Mexico.
    However, Spanish is also
    understood almost
    everywhere.
TRADITIONAL FOOD
   Mexican food is prepared with time, love
    and care.
CABRITO

   ○ Start in Northern Mexico, with "cabrito", a
     traditional dish of roast baby goat slow-cooked
     over mesquite coals with a variety of Mexican
     herbs and spices.
MOLE
   ○ In Oaxaca, discover the home of the world-
       famous Mexican Mole Sauce! If you dare, be
       sure and sample the "chapulines", too.
EAT IN FAMILY
    The main meal in Mexico is traditionally taken
     mid-afternoon and is a social affair, with large
     families meeting to dine together. The actual
     evening dinner hour usually starts well after 8 PM
     and can easily last until 11 PM.
ARCHEOLOGY
   If exploring ancient sites and archeological wonders is your
    idea of a great vacation, you could spend years exploring
    what Mexico has to offer.
