name Multimedia. So double click on the
on the Multimedia New TagSet row. Next…

10. It brings to this screen which is now the details
for the New TagSet Multimedia. Notice there
are no files associated with this TagSet. Next…

11. So lets add some files to this TagSet named Multimedia 
Click on the New File button to get started.

12. We’re brought to screen where we can add Description,
Authorization, Verified and Tags. Next…

13. So let’s start by selecting a file.
Click on Select Files. Next…

14. Here we select the file (or multiple files up to 2GB
In size. In this case we want to select the Kim Waters file.

15. The Kim Waters File has been selected. It’s
a 5MB File. Next…

16. Let’s add a Description and Unique Identifying
Tags.

17. For Description, I entered Jazz Collection.
For Tags, I entered Kim Waters, Easy Going and Audio. Next…

18. Now we want to Upload File to PaperClipPlus.
So Click the Upload button. Next…

19. This window will appear showing the File’s Upload Progress. Next…

20. Confirmation is provided that the File has been
Uploaded. Now close the window. Next…

21. Now we see that Kim Waters File, Description and Tags
Has been updated to the Multimedia TagSet. Next…

22. Now for illustration purposes, we will show what the
Multimedia TagSet will look like when we Upload New Files
To this TagSet that are Tagged with Multimedia. Next…

23. We fast forward to take a refreshed look at the Multimedia TagSet.
Double click on the row where you see a Folder with
Multimedia TagSet. Next…

25. What if? I want to create a TagSet for all my Audio
Files that I have uploaded to PaperClipPlus. Simple 
Create a New TagSet named Audio. This is because I
Know I have Tagged several files with the Audio Tag.

And click the Create button.

27. Now we’re brought back to a view of the Audio TagSet. In th
listing, we now have a view of ALL the Files Tagged with Audi

28. Now that we have created the Audio TagSet, I now want to share
it with my friend Fred at Business Integration Technology,
who happens own PaperClipPlus  We click on the Share button.

I’ll Copy and Share URL with Fred via email,
homing pigeon  or whatever means is

30. Fred receives email that prompts him to enter the URL we just

Here are the options. Pretty straightforward.
For the purpose of this illustration, go to option
1, Copy and share this URL with Fred at
Fdomke@BusinessIntegration Technology.com
When Fred receives the email it will take him to a PaperClipPlus Screen where
he’s required to validate who he is, and enter his password. Then he can access
The TagSet that was emailed to him. Next…

31. Fred pastes the URL that was sent to him.

32. Fred is brought to this screen and now he enters
his email address.

33. Now Fred is viewing the Audio TagSet  Next…

34. From here you have options to either view or download.
As a reminder, just place your cursor over the
View or Download button and a script popup detailing its function will appear.
