          After implementing SuccessFactors 360
Reviews with the help of Doble Group, Banco BHD
was able to complete more than 100employee
evaluationsinvolving the collaboration of almost 900
employees in one week. In addition, the tool is
designed to let Banco BHD know if it is behind on any
of its evaluations and, if so, provides a timetable to
complete those evaluations.
