JAT Holdings (Pvt) Ltd. was founded with the primary objective of providing
total timber coating solutions to the Sri Lankan furniture industry follows the
credo, get the right finish first. With an understanding of how important it is
to use the correct product and process the first time around in order to
achieve the best result.
Consequent to successfully establishing ourselves in the timber coating
market, the Company expanded its product offering to include a more com-
prehensive range of products for a wider range of surfaces and construction
needs. The product portfolio includes decorative, exterior and interior wall
paints, solvent based and Water based enamel paint, maintainers, putties &
plasters, steel & mineral fiber ceiling, Engineered wooden flooring, Exterior
Decking, Office Seating & Desking solutions, Carpets and Paint Brushes.

12. PRESENCE IN THE REGION
With our mission of ensuring that we become the preferred supplier
in the South Asian region, JAT has been strategically expanding our
presence, which in fact has seen added impetus this year and a
very successful quantitative and qualitative performance as well.
The milestone achieved in our overseas ventures was in entering
the Indian market which now adds to our presence in Bangladesh,
Seychelles and the Maldives as well. Based in Bangalore, we
represent Sayerlack, the prestigious paint brand owned by Sherwin
Williams which is the second largest paint company and the largest
wood coating company in the world.
Bangladesh is one of our more successful markets, having a
well-etched presence in that country for over a decade, despite it
being a price sensitive one. Being the market leaders in wood
finishing products in Bangladesh, JAT is now perceived as a
corporate steward that can be relied on for high quality, best
practices and above board marketing strategies.
The Seychelles too is a growing market holding much promise.

It is stated the demand for building
construction will increase further in this
country. With an annual requirement of
approximately 2 million cubes of sand,
the answer is deep-sea mining of sand
from approximately 10 KM away from
land. This is said to have the least
environmental impact.
Dian Venture Engineering Pvt Ltd to
address this pressing issue has invested
heavily to set up a plant to purify these
off shore sand that is mined by the
government using a detailed process of
purification and sieving. The sand
produced by the company has undergone
rigorous tests and is certified by the Civil
Engineering Department of the University
of Moratuwa as extremely suitable for
construction. The Sand produce by Dian
Venture Engineering is ideal for
plastering, masonry and concrete works.

14. ESTEEM PLANTATIONS
As part of a major diversification process, JAT
Holdings embarked on opening up a new
subsidiary to the company’s portfolio by
introducing Esteem Plantations (Pvt) Ltd. The
company places emphasis on sandalwood and
mahogany in particular and, are today, providing
the general public with planting initiatives and
the advantage of receiving advice and business
counseling in terms of growing and managing
sandalwood and mahogany trees. Esteem
Plantations takes a scientific approach when
maintaining and managing plantations, both
from agricultural and commercial perspectives.
The company has already acquired a presence in
places such as Badulla, Balangoda, Mathale,
Kuruwita, Gatahetta, Ayagama, Kukuleganga,
Mathugama and Pelawatta to name a few.
Experience field Managers/Supervisors provided
through the company and all maintenance
requirements are taken care of.
The company also specializes in various other
kinds of trees, based on the clients’
requirements, land mass, geographical area,
growth viability and a number of other factors
that may follow.
CEYNOX NETWORKS
