2. AIESEC worldwide AIESEC is the world’s largest student-run organization. Active in over 1700 universities across more than 110 countries and territories, our international platform enables young people to explore and develop their leadership potential for them to have a positive impact in society. AIESEC Bucharest chooses to transmit its positive impact inside the community, by developing and running various projects on issues like: leadership, corporate social responsibility, finance, sales, management and human resources. More then 15.000 students participated in our projects throughout the years, being trained and inspired by over 300 guests and speakers, represented by alumni, corporate representatives and personalities from different environments

Leadership Talks Leadership Talks is an event built upon our organization’s value of activating young leadership and is developed through a series of speeches and open discussions held by successful, valuable personalities in Romania and abroad. Leadership Talks’ fourth edition aims to make an impact on the 200 participants by allowing them to be inspired, motivated and guided towards a better society. We want to bring access to role models not only from today’s society but also long forgotten Romanians who are worthy of being called leaders. Through up-to-date topics like entrepreneurship, innovation, youth leadership, corporate social responsibility, we want to organize an event that will position both AIESEC and its PARTNERS as market leaders.

He is passionate about helping the world of education create better learning environments where young people can set out on their journey to achieving their goals. To this end he focuses on both the design of buildings and the way teaching and learning take place. Marcus is entrepreneur who volunteers much of his time to AIESEC and other student organizations.
