- 15. Hoe werkt het? Wij presenteren uw vakantiewoning aanbod in 3 talen: Nederlands, Duits en Engels. Voor het verhuren van uw vakantiehuis vragen wij een commissie over de netto huurwaarde. De commissie wordt alleen berekend als wij daadwerkelijk een reservering voor u maken. Bijkomende kosten zoals schoonmaak of energie vallen buiten de commissie.

- 17. Ervaringen huiseigenaren (2/2) Sinds het begin van is de samenwerking erg positief. De website is makkelijk te bedienen en genereert voor ons een prima bezetting in alle seizoenen. Ik heb steeds het gevoel gehad dat het vertrouwen dat ik in de mensen van Eurocottage stelde wederkerig is geweest en dat ook de belangen van ons bedrijf meegenomen werden. Dit is een sterk punt van Eurocottage. Wij zijn een klein bungalowpark en na het eerste seizoen samenwerken met Eurocottage konden wij de VVV en een aantal andere portals opzeggen omdat we voldoende bezetting hadden. Dit bespaarde zowel op bemiddelingskosten als op verplichte advertenties.
