INDUSTRY PROJECT DESCRIPTION

2. Project 1: Design and fabrication of TEXTILE BALE PRESThis machine works with principle of two
main hydraulic cylinder is to attach with platform box(pressing condition) and another two side cylinder
is to attached with movable box.The main objective of our project 200kg of cotton box shape within
minute. The main working on our project two side cylinder moving (movable box )bottom side and
conveyor at the moving cotton fill automatically on box so after two main cylinder attached with
platform pressing at the (200kg) of cotton automatically within minute.
Project 2: We manufacturing the various kind of test ring and special machines used to test the pump
endurance limit which is used in automobile engine.This is based on the PLC contorll .This is control to
Proximitty sensor and Oil level indicator .
