Hard disk ,network drive, removable disk ( floppy disk, USB flash drive
or other removable storage device ) and readable and writeable CD or
DVD.
How files, folders are measured:
1 Kilobyte =1024 byte.
1 megabyte =1024 Kilobyte.
1 Gigabyte = 1024 megabyte.
* Benefits of backing up data :
It is very important in case the Original documents are
damaged
* Backups should be :
1- carried out regularly.
2- stored off-site.

Expand the locations shown in the navigation pane, to view
any folders and sub-folders contained in each location.
* Expand views of drives, folders.
* Collapse views of drives, folders.
Click the black triangle to the left of your location.
* View folder name, size and type:
On toolbar click (Views) button >> (Details).
Note: you can other views from (Views) button.
* Create folders:
Select location from Navigation pane >> On
toolbar click (New foder) button >> type English
>> press (Enter) key or R.click >> New>>folder
Repeat the same step inside English folder and name form1
