6. PROCESSING Processing is how the computer understands the information, or basically uses it. Example : Human processing, seeing a math problem, going Over the math problem in your head, then solving.
7. Fetch Fetch is the process of the computer retrieving information. Example: Playing fetch with a dog.
8. Decode Decoding is breaking down the information Example: Simplifying a math problem.
9. Execute Execute is activating the program. Turning on a mp3 player, microwave, etc… basically pressing the “ON” button
