This document outlines key result areas, objectives, and performance indicators for evaluating teachers. It includes criteria for assessing teaching-learning process, student outcomes, community involvement, and professional growth and development. For teaching-learning process, teachers are evaluated on lesson planning, use of innovative teaching strategies, and classroom environment. Student outcomes are assessed based on monitoring student progress, maintaining records, and conducting remediation programs. Community involvement looks at participation in parent-teacher meetings and communication with parents. Professional development and training hours, action research projects, and graduate studies are considered for professional growth. Performance is rated on a scale of 1 to 5 based on the criteria within each objective.
