4. This first thing you need to do is go to Layer-New-Layer

5. You can name this what ever you want, I named mine Beer Mug

6. Next, pick the paint-bucket tool with the foreground color as black

7. Next, fill the image black

8. Next, go to Filter-Render-Fibers

9. Next, make sure that your Variance is at 16.0 and your Strength is at 4.0, then click OK

10. Next go to Filter-Texture-Stained Glass

11. Next, make sure your Cell Size is at 6, your Border Thickness is at 10, and your Light Intensity is at 1. Then click OK

12. Next go to Filter-Sketch-Plaster

13. Next, make sure your Image Balance is set to 20, your smoothness set to 8, and your Light set to Top. Click OK.

14. Next, select the magic wand tool, make sure Tolerance is at 32 and Contiguous is checked.

15. Click in the black with your magic wand tool then press delete.

16. Next, click Ctrl D on the keyboard, go to layers, and select overlay. Also, make sure the opacity is set to 75%.

17. Next, go to add layer mask at the bottom right and click it. Finally, go to your eraser tool and erase the bubbles around the cup. YOU ARE FINISHED!
