Request for Interview Presentation (RFIP) Step 1: Define the critical position requirements. Step 2: Send the position requirements along with a RFIP    to the candidate. Step 3: Candidate prepares interview presentation.  Step 4: Interviewer allows the candidate approximately 20 minutes    for the presentation. Step 5: Scorecard, provides a quantitative snapshot of  the    candidate’s interview. And “leave behind” provides visual    reminder.
