tons of reserves must be in ownership of MCEC
That means, it will become one of the world largest coal companies with
estimated USD50 billion assets
Peabody ~ estimated assets- USD20 billion; Shenhua+China Coal ~ USD16 billion

Most of politicians in other countries raise their voices
