HERITAGE CAPITAL LATIN AMERICA

Heritage Capital Latin America is an operating subsidiary of Heritage Capital, the merchant banking division of Swiss family-owned
Banque Heritage. It was formed in December 2008 when Enrique Bustamante, Board Member of Heritage Capital Latin America,
joined forces with London-based Heritage Capital and Banque Heritage to extend the group‟s international footprint in the region.

Heritage Capital Latin America forms part of the vision of Heritage Capital and Banque Heritage‟s founders – to build a specialist
merchant banking operation that places clients at the core of its business and blends true global reach with on-the-ground local
expertise in key emerging markets. Joseph Dryer, Chief Executive, founded Heritage Capital in 2007.

Since then and with the backing of Banque Heritage – a successful private bank with a robust Tier 1 Capital Ratio of 15.1% and
total assets under management exceeding CHF7.4bn at the end of 2009 – Heritage Capital has grown impressively. Today it has
an international team of 60 experienced professionals.

Noted for its proven expertise in fixed income, Heritage Capital and Heritage Capital Latin America provide growth-stage, middle-
market companies and mid-sized financial institutions in Latin America, Europe and Asia with first-class services in capital markets
origination, structuring and distribution, corporate finance and advisory.

Heritage Capital and Heritage Capital Latin America are vital components of Banque Heritage, strategically broadening the offering
of the bank and addressing the growing needs of clients worldwide. In sharing the same family values of its parent, Heritage
Capital and Heritage Capital Latin America combine a keen sense of personal responsibility with an intelligent and entrepreneurial
approach to doing business with clients.
