ECOSYSTEM?
The ecosystem is a biological
system made up of a community of
living organisms and the physical
environment where they are
related. It is a unit made up of
interdependent organisms that
share the same habitat.

A population is the determined
number of organisms of the same
species, that inhabit a delimited
portion of the ecosystem.

In an ecosystem, the habitat is
the place where the community
lives, it refers to the place that
presents the appropriate
conditions for an organism,
species or animal or plant
community to live.

DESERT?
A desert is a biome with an arid
climate, where rainfall is scarce.
These usually have little life, but
that depends on the type of desert;
in many there is abundant life, the
vegetation adapts to low humidity
and the fauna usually hides during
the day to preserve humidity.

9. SUBTROPICAL
A subtropical desert is a type of
ecosystem, or biome that is
characterized by high
temperatures, very low
precipitation and warm soils.
Examples of these types of
deserts are the Mojave, Sonoran,
Chihuahuan, Sahara and the
Great Victoria Deserts.
