2. Work on Gunnella:
First of all we read the story
“The Problem with the chicken!!!”
- 1st / 2nd gr: White chicken on black
background
-4th gr: Different kind of birds in oil
pastels.
-5th/6th gr: Painted birds on wrapping
paper.

3. ç
1st graders drew some chickens
in the style of Gunnella!

4. ç
We painted them with white
and red paint, and later we
sticked them on a black
cardboard.

5. 4th graders started painting
different kind of chickens…

6. and then, the children chose to
draw other kind of birds…

9. 5th and 6th graders chose
their favourite bird and drew it
on…

10. wrapping paper! Then, they
coloured it with paint.

11. Actually, they were supposed
to choose one single pattern of
a bird and one single pattern
of a flower

12. and repeat the patterns as
many times as they´d like.

13. Finally,the Osman Hamdi´s
Bey turtle, already finished!
