I am a highly motivated English professional with over 20 years’ experience in the
Saudi Arabia , and almost 2 years in Egypt
My strong leadership, change management capabilities, as well as my people
management skills, adds value to my ability to perform my role and contribute to
the business sustainability and success.
My knowledge and experience gained through handling many different businesses
in many years’ time ( Model Garden School – New Millennium School – Al Noha
School - KidZania Jeddah ) enabled me to deliver efficient results in every role I
have performed.
CAREER OBJECTIVE
To obtain a challenging senior Organization Development position where I can
implement my extensive experience in the human capital, change management and
customer service delivery to meet the objectives of a reputable and well established
organization plus teaching and supervision.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Head of the Training Department which includes overseeing three main functions:
1- Talent management 2- Employee Development 3- HR integration and employee
engagement programs
 Talent Management : Succession Planning, Management trainees and internship
program, development of future talents in association with colleges and
universities, identify competencies gaps and recommend development plan to
bridge the gaps, evaluate effectiveness of all development plans
 Employee Development: Conduct training needs analysis, coordinate the
development of employee performance and the staff appraisal, develop annual
training plan and calendar, execute all training plans, develop in-house trainers
for generic or technical skills needed by the company
 HR Integration and employee engagement programs: Coordinate all HR related
communication, work with staff and benefit teams to reach individual members
on regular basis, develop programs and activities to create bonding and
common culture for the company, Support corporate communication for
company’s level activities.
 Employee readiness for all opening projects: Responsible to train, develop and
prepare all team members from all levels, before being assigned to their
respective jobs, for all new opening projects.
: Training and Development Association:
Ensure that the training and development approach within Kidzania is aligned to
the goals at a company, team and individual level.
 Work in conjunction with the HR management team and business managers to
provide focused training solutions to address company, team and individual
training requirements
 Worked on a number of critical roles in the Businesses and prepared succession
plans for these roles.
 Establish training programs that ensure quality of standards are maintained by
all associates and customers experience satisfaction through every touch point
 Conducted regular Training needs Analysis
 Prepared yearly Training.
 Worked on new training strategies designed to suit the fast growing
environment.
 Initiated new e-learning plan and implemented it for different sectors and levels
of the business.
 Implement a thorough training evaluation and review with all delegates to
ensure value added courses are provided and newly acquired skills are practiced.
 Participate in recruitment campaigns, assisted in identifying skilled employees.
 Designed Reward and incentive programs to enhance employees motivation
 Managed Staff events as part of reward and motivational programs.
 Established a retention program to encourage employees’ carrier development
 Handled different businesses training programs and overviewed all technical and
operation training within those businesses .
 Overviewed and designed suitable Health and Safety training programs to
ensure compliance with Franchises and Local Legal Requirements.
 Provided feedback and performance reports for head of businesses about
employees’ performance
 Developed a quality audit system to ensure the assets are being monitored on
daily bases and continuous development is taking place with regards to staff
performance, venue presentation and service delivery.
 Developed policies for the training department as well as for Employee relation,
including Business process mapping and forms complimenting each policy.
 Conducted and facilitated premium service training programs
 Assessed trainees knowledge and performance through Simulation and on the
job observation
 Assisted trainees in acquiring and adopting new skills, knowledge and attitude
 Provided feedback to trainees and worked with them to develop towards their
success by shadowing them on the job and providing them with one on one
coaching and guidance
 Worked on different projects such as: Pre-course Workbook and Material
Revamping, course Re-designing, Classroom Sessions Design, Practical Sessions
, Design, Train the Trainer in addition to others
 Assisted in the preparation and organization of course materials, training aids
and equipment for assigned course programs.
 Produced confidential reports as well as conducted end of course interviews
with individual students on their overall performance and where applicable,
