WORK EXPERIENCE
Head of the Training Department which includes overseeing three main functions:
1- Talent management 2- Employee Development 3- HR integration and employee
engagement programs
Talent Management : Succession Planning, Management trainees and internship
program, development of future talents in association with colleges and
universities, identify competencies gaps and recommend development plan to
bridge the gaps, evaluate effectiveness of all development plans
Employee Development: Conduct training needs analysis, coordinate the
development of employee performance and the staff appraisal, develop annual
training plan and calendar, execute all training plans, develop in-house trainers
for generic or technical skills needed by the company
HR Integration and employee engagement programs: Coordinate all HR related
communication, work with staff and benefit teams to reach individual members
on regular basis, develop programs and activities to create bonding and
common culture for the company, Support corporate communication for
company’s level activities.
Employee readiness for all opening projects: Responsible to train, develop and
prepare all team members from all levels, before being assigned to their
respective jobs, for all new opening projects.

Ensure that the training and development approach within Kidzania is aligned to
the goals at a company, team and individual level.
Work in conjunction with the HR management team and business managers to
provide focused training solutions to address company, team and individual
training requirements
