2. When normal dinner time conversation surrounds events of the day, the meals on my avenue rotate around the latest app on my Dad’s iphone3GS, my mothers sonyerricons’ 2hr life battery, my sister’s blackberry curve in “silvah”, my little brother’s afternoon spent phoneless and my blackberry bold 9000’s impeccable underground service.
9. Taking it a step beyond the simple search bar, the “app” sorts for the viewer exactly what they want, how they want it, when they want it.
10. Whether “it” is a dictionary definition, a bus time, a flight check-in, an intersection or anything in-between, it is up to the user.
11. What surprises me, then, is how these app’s come together to form what I see as an app profile, a description of a person through the compilation of there apps.

With my summer job on the TD Trades floor, working on the economic research desk, I Spend 80% of my time absorbing information, 10% of my time processing and regurgitating information, 5% of my time communicating my idea’s verbally, and 5% of my time on coffee runs. However, like many Information Workers of my generation, I spend 100% of my time with my blackberry in hand. Connection is key, or so I am told.
19. The only time I let myself disconnect is when I am behind the wheel… to ensure I don’t connect with something I don’t want to….
