Step 1: Talk to various employers and get the acceptance of
the employers on reach out interview program in remote
villages
Step 2: Market the reach out interview program with the
students in that remote villages
Step 3: Organize a reach out interview program in remote
villages with a help of local schools/Colleges/Volunteers
Test Results: Employers and students seems interested,
however the challenge is getting the employers to
interview venue and controlling the students crowd as
freshers are more in numbers
3. Prototype II
Step 1: Create a website that enables the employer to
conduct interview through video conferencing
Step 2: Talk to various employers about the website and get
the acceptance of the employers on making use of the
website for conducting interviews for the village students
Step 3: Market about this website among students which
enables them to attend interview through video
conferencing
Step 4: Create prometric centres in remote villages with a
help of local schools/Colleges/Volunteers to ensure that no
malpractice performed during the interview
Test Results: Its liked by all the employers and students as
reduces the expenses of both. Also it helps maintain, since
the schedules are on first come, first serve basis
