The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) is
a common laboratory technique which is used to
measure the concentration of an analyte (usually
antibodies or antigens) in solution.
The basic ELISA, or enzyme immunoassay (EIA), is

because separation of specific and non-specific
interactions occurs via serial binding to a solid
surface, usually a polystyrene multiwell plate, and
because quantitative results can be achieved.

The Medonic Cell counter Auto M20 cell analyzer
system is a 3-part cell counter. The system, based on
a complete new platform from Boule Medical, has a

The Precision of Prothrombin time determination is highly dependent on the
method used. Precision studies were performed on Hemostar-XF
coagulometer by assaying normal and abnormal control plasmas with
UNIPLASTIN . One normal control plasma and one abnormal control plasma
in replicates of 10 were used to determine inter assay and intra-assay
precision of the clotting times (seconds).

The Siemens Multiphos 15 is a High Frequency Digital X-ray
generator. With an output of 15kW it is suitable for
Radiography and Fluoroscopy of all parts of the body.
Combined with the radiography tables, it forms a complete
radiography system for a diagnostic centre.
kVp Range (Radiography) : 40 - 125kV in 24 steps
mAs Range (Radiography) : 1.25-200 mAs in 23 steps for all kV
mA Range : 64- 200 mA (eqivalent to 600 mA analog X-ray )
This computed radiography (CR) digitizer can handle general radiography, orthopaedic, chiropractic and Full Leg/Full
Spine applications. With the CR 12-X, the user can choose to adjust speed and resolution depending on the needs of
the exam. The user can easily overwrite the default settings for each exam, depending on the specific speed/quality
priorities, study by study.
It comes with Agfa HealthCare’s gold-standard MUSICA software, which automatically handles all calibration and
