• 1. - Eat well, because your body needs proteins and
some of them your body cannot make it.
• 2. - Sleep well, your brain needs a rest for the work
of the day.
• 3. – You have to do exercise because your body
needs to be active, because a health body is
health mind.
3. ENTERTAINMENT
• You have to make, the stress go away like having
fun which means:
• Doing something you really love.
• Hang out with your friends.
• Playing videogames
4. SCHOOL
• At school you should:
• *Pay attention in class in order to learn about the
subject
• *Ask the teacher for tutoring if needed so
• * Do all your homework so that you can pass with
good average grades
5. HOME
• As a good son or daughter you should:
• *Help with the house chores
• Respect your parents and brothers and sisters too.
* Trust in your parents and let them know any type of
personal problem you might have .
