1. I am a lawyer specialising in business and
maritime law.
I also do legal aid in criminal law.
My virtual mobile and world-wide law firm
provides consulting and coaching services to
clients from all over the world.
I spend my life mostly in a Jet plane in order to
be there for my customers and offer them
the best legal support.
I also coach lawyers how to stay competent and
avoid the "Traps" of the job.

3. How do I feel?
I feel excited and thrilled because I save
a lot of money to businesses and
enterprises all over the world.
With my world's first virtual aid legal aid system
I help the underprivileged getting a 5 figure
dollar support provided by me at a very low
cost even for free!

My motto and idea is preventive law-or simply prevention.
In that way, I can consult them how to handle their problem and save them money and court
expenses.
I also try to settle things with a compromise and not push both sides to the edge or to court.
My objective is not to bill hours and hours as the big law firms do.
If the two parties can come to a settlement, it is a win-win situation for both of them.
In terms of legal this technique is called ADR (Alternative Dispute resolution).
I prefer call myself as "mediator" with legal knowledge, rather as lawyer.
That's why my company is different from other law firms because it is more human.

5. Brand and image
My brand and image stand for and represent
accuracy, prevention, high values, efficiency.
My company focuses on the people rather than law
or courts.
We use legal knowledge to help people find quick
and cost effective solutions to their problems.
We don’t use the law as a way to make money, but
as an instrument to solve problems.

6. Profit
My business is highly profitable.
I have launched my PhD in maritime law, as well as legal books on ADR and legalmediation.
I am working in a series of books and pod casts trying to simplify and transmit legal knowledge to non
lawyers and I am very proud of this achievement.
In fact I have many sponsors that are interested in buying the royalties from these series.
I take parts in all international meetings as a high expert "legal guru" on mediation.
Most famous CEOs and business owners want to consult me because of my quick response and money
saving as well as realistic solutions that I provide to their legal problems.
I tend to choose my clients by using as criteria if their businesses focus on people rather than profit .
On the other hand, I have a special service in my business that helps underprivileged people and
immigrants at a very low cost.
I have a group of high level legal experts and VAs from all over the world, and I try to fly from city to city to
see them in person and encourage them for the results they provide me.
They are well paid and proud of working with me.

7. Leadership
I do not consider myself as a leader, because I
too have humble origins and I do not want to
show authority and discipline.
All members of team are equal.
I simply am in charge of the business.
I just coordinate the actions needed to be taken
in order for the smooth rolling of my
business.
I pay people working for me very well.
The only moment that I show leadership is that
I take the fully responsibility if something
goes wrong, as the founder of my business.

8. Friends, clients, media
I communicate with my friends through
Internet, but I try to see them in person as
often as possible.
With my clients I communicate mostly
through emails or Skype calls.
My relationship with media is that I go public,
only if
I feel I have something important to share with
the public or to inform them for my new
book or service.
I believe that the best publicity is the words of
my clients.

9. systems that I have in place
I have a fully organized mobile office (laptop, cell phone with a high level
document verification system for the confidentiality of documents and
emails received).
I work mostly in the plane, but if needed my mobile office can fit in a car
or a ship. In other words it is 100% mobile.
My VAs team is connected in a virtual platform that is designed especially
for my company in order to ensure the confidentiality and the accuracy
of sensitive personal data being distributed through the Internet.

10. Team
I also have a large net of expert lawyers and
VAs ready to handle almost every legal
matter within my field of expertise.
All members of my team are familiarized with
technology and are open minded.
They are also happy to share their knowledge
and provide their services because they like
what they do.
My team looks like a well organized crew of a
plane ready for takeoff to any place of the
world and lift off my clients as well!

11. Lifestyle
I mostly live on my plane, because I have to move around
the world.
But the sea is my love, that's why I live by the sea.
When I do not have to flight, I eat a healthy breakfast, do
my consulting work and then jump into the water for a
swim or some kind of water sport (scuba diving is my
favorite).
I have a minimal house and I live a minimalist lifestyle.
I basically need a laptop, an I phone and a beautiful
ocean view scenery.
All other belongings are just useful for my work and
quality of life, but I could live without them.

12. I preserve wellness and balance into my life in two
ways:
First of all I eat healthy and exercise as often as
possible.
Second I try to stay mentally balanced as well:
I read books and try to maintain my soul healthy
because I believe in God and the power of mind
and soul over the body.
I have good and dear friends and I hang out with
them at any chance. My house is open to good
friends and open minded and positive people.
I keep people with negative energy away from my
personal life.

13. My mentors are my father who himself is a lawyer and taught me the first
steps.
They are my University professors, who gave me more skills to deal with
complex legal matters.
And last but not least is Natalie, who gave my career a whole new national
and global, and mobile perspective.

14. Partners, friends and family!
With my partners I have a very healthy relationship: We limit the work to the defined
time of day and we met together as often as possible virtually or physically (at last
once a week) to exchange infos on legal issues and see the course of the company.
We get together a lot for sports activity and for a couple of drinks which I make for
them!
With my friends I get together as often as possible, and if I don't have time I speak to
them virtually.
My relationships with my family (my father and my sister cause I don't have a mother)
is that I love and respect them very much and I try to see them as often as possible.
