This student art book aims to inspire action to help endangered animals. Each page illustrates solutions researched by students to threats facing different endangered creatures. Viewing the flags and pages will show positive impacts humans can have through behaviors, actions, and attitudes in saving animals from extinction. The book was created by fourth grade students at the Ada Merritt K-8 Center under the guidance of their art and classroom teachers.

Ever wonder what you can do to help out endangered animals?
Take a closer look at the flags or pages in this book—they illustrate actions needed to
aid and protect creatures from extinction. When the book is opened, the flags align
alternately by rows. Each student researched the threats facing an endangered animal
and formulated a solution, along with a drawing.
These pages will inspire you to find out the positive impact that human behaviors,
actions, and attitudes can have on saving animals in peril.
