Why is Moodle MOOC developed? • Earlier • Online courses for 15 participants • Extensive support by moderator • Costs 30 EUR/ participant • 360 participants in 24 groups 2009- 2013 • Now • Many participants at the same time • Moderators’ efforts shared with participants&system • Costs 2 EUR/ part. • 1150 participants in 3 groups in 2014- 2015

  11. 11. Plans for the future • Deliver Moodle MOOC for 2 groups in the e-Schools project – EU structural project aimed at development of digital maturity of 150 (10%) schools in Croatia, 2015-2018 • MOOC as one of the preferable modes of teacher training for development of digital competences
